Model:
One of our original models ever. I used to be disgusted from the constant rattle of the bag with tools on my enduro bike while driving in the field. So I created a simple flexible belt that secures the bag and "tightens" on the spot. No more rattle, no lost bag with tools. The model has undergone several developmental iterations, now optimized for printing for versatile use. Despite simple design, he never spontaneously open, never disappointed.
Material properties:

• Printed from flexibleTPU(hardness 30d on the Shore scale).
• Width 13mm, length 300mm, thickness 1.8mm.

Maximum load:
We have performed destructive experiments with test pieces printed from TPU Fiberflex 30D. Results measured at repeated loads of the closed loop are:

• The optimum load is up to a weight of 10 kg (98 N). It remains fully flexible, permanent deformations are less than 1.5 % of length.
• The maximum load is up to 15 kg (147 N). It is still flexible, permanent deformation up to 6.5% length. The strap remains fully usable, but can be a little "pulled".
• A large permanent deformation of 33 % led to overloads by weights 20 kg (196n). The 80 % deformations occurred when the weights were overloaded with 25 kg (245n). Repeated overload by weights of 25 kg and more leads to the destruction of the material.

Available flat holder for mounting on a smooth surface. Including double -sided adhesive tape Ceys Montack with ecstic adhesion.
Color:
By default, we supply the belt in orange and black holder. If you want a belt in a different color, please disclose a note to the order. We will agree on current options, commonly available colors in stock are: white / yellow / orange / red / blue / green / world SWDA / dark gray / black.
